I might be wasting this space. But one more thing. 'Cause your message seems to be familiar to Japanese sites.This is just what I heard. When a large EQ is on the way,smaller ones around there get effected. Symptoms are there, then report prediction, then nothing happens.So PR's hit rate goes down is another symptom of the large EQ. Since big EQ's one after another recently,if big one's symptoms stays (say) more than 1 month,several different big EQ symptoms get mixed.
If they are close locations to each other then it's even more difficult to predict.Clouds,too. The EQ clouds point to Tohoku, Chiba, Tokai oceanside are hard to tell which.They are next to each other. And catfish unusual behavior becomes almost usual.That's what I heard.
