Hi Don. Thanks for the response. I have a copy of one of Dr. Freund’s papers which goes into detail regarding that subject matter. But I like that shorter report better. It is more compact and easier to understand.

Something which is probably significant in that report is the fact that it stated that the charges which are produced in the ground before an earthquake are positive. One of the subjects which has been discussed here and elsewhere is the observation that there may be differences between the effects which proton and electron solar storms are having on earthquake triggering. And I would expect that those two things would be linked. I have also stated in the past that those different types of storms appear to be having an effect on some of the signals which I myself detect such as “ear tones.”
