unusual quakes July 28th

In less than 4 hours on the 28th, there were 3 unusual earthquakes-a M 4 in Gulf of Mexico, one at Lake Baikal (not so unusual) and another in Utah(?). Ah, the statistics of small numbers. Or, some might say triggered by flares?
