I think it is a band around the earth, but did not check. While I've become much more skeptical of solar flare triggering than I once was, perhaps the M4 in Gaspee peninsula area, Quebec, might be of interest. The Adirondacks earthquake a few months ago was at the height of a long duration magnetic storm, and Lowell had identified Quebec as likely area before that one....-but, a few isolated unusual quakes are hard to evaluate (also, Germany a few days ago)-there are always going to be quakes like this...and they are in seismic areas
