Canie-I've noticed over the years a tendency for M3-4 EQs to cluster like that in southern California (sometimes 3 of them). Not explained by static stress changes. Pretty Lowell-like....although I'm not sure what his explanation is. I don't think the other clusters like this have been followed by anything big-at least the ones I noticed.
