Normally, I am one of the lurkers who reads the board, but I did find the Mount Hood quakes interesting. I used to live in the Northwest and do still keep a watch on the activity there. Mount Hood is fairly close to Portland, Oregon and I remember that there were a lot of nice golf course and farming communities in that area. I thought it was interesting that the quakes there and the 7.2 in China were reflected in the webicorders throughout the entire Northwest region.
