As Petra mentioned earlier, the Earthquake Tracker site isn't working properly. I sent an e-mail to Tom Bleier, who is the technical contact. It turns out that they're changing servers for the site, and the guy who's making the changes thought he was done and went on vacation. Tom said that hopefully it will be back online by Tues with the "lost" data restored.
