NEIS is locating an earthquake of Ms 6.0 in Central Chile. I don't know if this is big enough to match Petra's contest or not. Incidentally, a notice was posted several days ago on this board regarding the likelihood of moderate or strong earthquakes along the western coast of So. America and in the Philippines/Indonesia area in the next several days. The swarm in Halmahera and this Ms 6.0 in Chile appear to match that alert well.

The alert had said:

"The areas most likely to be affected ... seismicity might be expected to increase in the ... western coastline of South America and along the region from Japan to Indonesia for the next several days. ... Indonesia, the Philippines and northern South America as the most likely areas of strong activity."
