Parkfield?

Does anyone have information regarding the Parkfield Tensor Strainmeters? They were looking very unusual a couple of weeks ago and were taken off line for about a week. They are back on-line now and still look unusual. Also, there was a 2.0 quake 12km. SSE of Parkfield yesterday.
