CRITICAL EQ WINDOWS |
I didn't have time to say that I was leaving town for Thanksgiving and going to Paso Robles for our first Thanksgiving without mom. My sister's youngest had said she wouldn't be able to come, but surprised us well before the meal. This meant all my mother's girls were collected together to make the exact meal she would have made. It was the first time all her grown up girls cried together in memory and love. What a day. But I am home now and have only had time to check the lists and read this board. What a treat! What a wonderful group of people we have posting here. Taking time to acknowledge the day, wish everyone a happy one, express their thanks and then back down to the business of EQs. I will leave tomorrow for a week's vacation in Palm Springs and will look towards Landers, 29 Plams, Hector and most clearly the San Andreas. For me, it's been going into the Lion's Den and I have been doing this they same time for many years now. Each year, it has increased it's effect on my body and, for the last three, I half expected it to let go while I was there. It will be interesting to feel what it has to say this time. Ali plans to come out for a coupl of days, so there will be two of us there to sense. I had a message to call M. in Scaramento as soon as I could. I did. She was getting some very strong physical symptoms and felt the quake would be local, but we decided that if it was, it would take yet awhile to occur. Her discomfort began yesterday and included an EQ headache. In the meanwhile, for once, I got to feel normal and not bothered by either EQ or volcanic symptoms. How nice it is. Now that I am home, I have been feeling slightly nauseated. The cats have been acting up and Chip pulled open a draw and pulled everything out of it. He only does this before quakes, close to us, and hasn't done this for a long time. I had, I think, all the strong signals I'm going to get for our local quake and now just wait it out. But the question still is, but where will the quake be? I have only the PRs to trust. Right now, ! In day's light, I will update the Critical EQ Windows so that the PRs which will come into critical while I am gone will be posted. I am hoping the quake waits until I return next Friday. Take care everyone and keep up the great work. >LS-NORTH SAN FRANCISICO TO TIP OF ALEUTIANS/+4.8 at S.F./50% >TR-FAR NORTHEAST/+4.6/50% >RS-NORTHRIDGE TO SAN JOSE/4.4/100% >RB ARC - RIDGECREST TO N.
