To you guys who are in Hollister or the Bay area, 36 N looks to be southern, but to those of us who work south of the Santa Ynez Mts, anything north of the western Transverse Ranges or Garlock fault is "central" or "northern". The northern limit of my thesis and Hosgri fault mapping was about 35 deg N even.....Chris
