Sometimes the road we travel leads to a dead end and you have to get out of your
car and walk for awhile.

This board has been a beacon in the dark work of earthquake forecasting and prediction.

I am very happy to have been able to contribute. It is not my intention to disappear
entirely and I will drop by from time to time once set up out east.

For all of you who are frequent contributors, I thought you would like to know that
your efforts have not been wasted. Here are some comments from "lurkers" who

I have to agree that earthwaves has matured into one of the prime examples of what
A internet board can and ought to be. Keep up the good work.
