Don and I were just having a look at the Earthquake Tracker site and though more than one station is red the only one that is of value that bears watching is Bitterwater. This is north of Parkfield on the SAF.

The N/S has reached nearly the 4.5 range which Tom the owner of the site has advised Don in the past is when its time to keep an eye out. If this continues for 72 hours they will send out a guy with a portable unit to verify the results.

Just to get a historical record, this type of instrument was in operation through Stanford University before Loma Prieta. The graph went up and stayed up for 11 days preceding the event.
