Hi Lowell. I don’t think we have seen the end of it yet.

The data I use indicates considerable instability in the Northern California area most particularly in the Bay Area. We should see a bit of a respite on or about 04/30/2002 with a second increase on or about 05/03/2002. That may not happen however.

It appears that some of the data is canceling itself out in some areas while enhancing itself in other areas.
