Hello Canie: I guess that would make it simple to judge to just do location (I'm not judging and can't presume Roger or Lowell will). But, will be more interesting if you throw in the time also. Since the magnitude is defined (M3 or larger), there is only location and time to evaluate. I would imagine the catalogue that Roger uses would be the one.
