I don't recall hearing from you on this board before. If I am wrong, accept my apologies.
If not, then welcome. Opinions and comments are welcome provided they are made
in a constructive sense in an effort to move forward the science of earthquake forecasting
and prediction.

I hope that the service this board provides in forecasting is of some use beyond
the regular member of this board. We know there are many who read but do not post,
and would welcome any of you who wish to comment on any issue before this board.
