Lowell, I have to agree with you on this one. It is okay to change the rules between contests, but not during or after them. It may be a little more work for Roger this time, and I know we will all be happy to abide by his new rules as stated, but I don't believe they should be applied retroactively.

Given this, and hopefully taking into consideration all data, who actually won the April 1-7 contest?
