I was thinking of something a little more accessable to the prediction community in general. If it were to reside on earthwaves, then that would pretty much be up to Canie to set it up as it's her site. What I had in mind was a modification to the earthwaves prediction to generate a follow up form, pre-populated with the prediction information, that, upon the predictor optionally clicking on submit, would file it in the eqpr in addition to the standard earthwaves port. Clicking on submit would be authorization to submit it to eqpr, so would solve your permission concern.

I simply do not have the access nor the desire to monkey with Canie's site, not that she would let me anyways ;) Some major PERL coding is involved with my proposal, so it will have to be something I have control over ....
