Ringmap probabilities - .02 |
.02; After thinking about it for awhile, it occurs to me that you really don't want the overall probability of each ring, especially when most of it covers no quake regions. What you want is the probability associated with an area of ring overlap. So why calculate the whole mess? Just note the coordinates and get the probability of a quake in that/those area(s). Much simpler and a lot faster.
