You may be right. I just thought that this had come about at least six months to a year ago and then brought up at least twice of late.

Do you have the time, the motivation and desire to work on this project? Maybe it needs more than just one person? Perhaps a steering committee needs to be formed to set up the frame work of this new endeavor?
