New Contest
Hi Cathryn,
Roger suggested I set up the new contest, so here are the rules:

They are the same as for the old contest but the new time span
will:

The forecast/predicted event must occur within the period 00:00 UT April
1 to 00:00 UT April 7 to be considered eligible. The prediction can be
for any time or place but only earthquakes occurring in that time span
will be checked against the prediction.
