What do you do to eliminate duplication?

And why ISN'T it available? Public property and all that.

It isn't feasable for me to duplicate the data collection efforts of a government agency for a project like this.

I question the accuracy of information obtained within a day of the event. It has to be "hands-off" location and computer solutions are just not that good.
