Cathryn, you entered times and PST. How important is that to you? My program works in whole days. I can add time and time zones but it will slow things up a bit.

This will be a learning experience for us. I plan on evaluating the results after the window closes using a NEIC database. I will post the results for your examination. You can then contest anything you think is wrong.

Once that is settled, I'll declare the winner.
