I think the understanding is that your person will not respond directly to you or your posts - That was what we agreed on - likewise, you are not supposed to do anything to create an environment where it 'calls for' a reaction (such as the post above)

Did something happen between yesterday and today that I'm not aware of?

The person you are asking for a clear answer of "YES" or "NO" is not going to answer because they have already agree not to respond to your emails or posts - we are trying to let this all go away.

On the other hand - my opinion is that it is a bit paranoid and you are over reacting on the EQF and XXX thing - I can understand you don't want names to be used but you have been going by that other set for any number of years and when you post a link here to your data or site your other initials do appear.

Maybe you had a bad experience sometime in the past when the internet was young - I have had one bad experience in the last 8 years - I don't really think anyone can follow thru on death threats - I know quite a bit of additional info on you and I don't think I could find you if I wanted. - if you do get them, turn them over to the FBI! You or your family can be just as dead by driving out on the highway - do you stay huddled in your home and not go to school or work?

Anyway - the offender has agreed not to respond to your posts - lets see what happens now.
