I believe that I made it quite clear in an earlier posting addressed specifically to you that you do not have permission to use either my name or EDG when you refer to me in a note posted here. And I stated that I do not wish you to use them. I believe that both my name and EDG have some copyright protection under U.S. law. And when I request that you not use them then you should not do that.

I believe that the report which you just copied which contained “EDG” was copyrighted material. And I also feel that you reproduced it in your note in spite of the fact that I had asked and directed you not to do that. I have now sent a note to Canie requesting that she consider whether your reproducing “EDG” like that is permissible under copyright law here in the U.S. And I have asked her to contact you and request that you not do that again. I consider this to largely be a safety issue related to my own protection and the protection of other people with whom I talk and work. In the future please honor my request regarding that.
