A SPARK IN SEISMIC COTTON ?

Hi..all

I am glad if anybody gives suitable interaction for my doubts from
my little mind.

In radio broadcast, the audio signal MODULATED with radio frequency
(RF) signal and transmitted. On receiving end, the modulated signal
will be DEMODULATED with proper circuit and we are listening audio
signal. The same principal is applied for TV transmission with video
signal. Likewise coding and decoding is prominent in many areas not
only in communication but if we see our day today life in some other
form.

So some form of coding and decoding is necessary to fulfil our needs
in our life. Right?

If we apply the same principle for seismic signals for predicting and
receiving too. Now we are collecting seismic P / S wave signal from
different seismic centres will help to find out the epi centre and
magnitude of a quake.. i.e. the present method of RECEIVING seismic
signal is on the basis of collecting information from all stations
around the quake hit area and consolidated and the results are
publishing in the website. My question is so far why don't we apply
the same principle for predicting purpose of collecting SUCH signals
from the nature!

'SUCH'...yes.. you are correct.. it is sun shadow signal recorded from
various stations and processed in a systemic manner for predicting
quakes in advance. Why don't we think in this direction so far?

I dont understand aftershocks subsequent to Main shock on the same place
of occurance and Far-field aftershock! See though it is on the same place
the aftershocks are having less intensity and far-field shocks are having very
high intensity than the original shock! (Afghan 7.2 and Philippines 7.6M!)

L am deducting individual prediction against each quake separately.

ITEM - 3

Will it be any link between earthquake with subsequent rain fall?
