Mean? Is something about to happen at Parkfield?

ML 2.3 2002/03/07 17:48:48 40.791N 124.364W 20.5 17 km (11 mi) W of Eureka, CA
ML 2.1 2002/03/07 17:44:47 36.185N 120.760W 9.3 22 km (14 mi) NE of San Ardo, CA

All are close to forecast events that Don had made, but none exact.
