A note from a seismologist in Romania regarding the earthquake summary for
today noted that there was a considerable oversight in the Earthquake history
section of the Summary for today. Thanks to all who read but do not post for their
comments. Here is the comment:

"I feel necessary to remember you that on March 4, 1977 a large earthquake occurred in Vrancea region (Romania). There were about 1500 death tols and about 3000 injuries.
There was the largest earthquake from Romania in the last 33 years".

This is an especially egregious oversight since today is the 25th anniversary of
that event.
