Hmm, interesting. It would be good to get that sort of detail in Ventura Basin and Salton Sea area (and Marmara Sea Turkey). Just found out our proposal to work on Salton Sea was rejected. I guess I better not speculate on why the Parkfield EQs went deeper until I read the article. Roger-I finally got my programs working and was able to import 4700 earthquakes in Santa Monica-LA-Northridge area-(locations and nodal planes provided by Seeber and Armbruster) into a 3D software. They are like a flock of colorful butterflies. Now I have to figure out how to animate these as they occurred and fly around them. Would make a cool web page, but I have other things to do first-could be a long time before I do such a web page....Chris
