Maybe it was the "Right Place Wrong Time" ?

Below is a link to his book & Bio w/o prison mention. Also, it says he can sign a book for you. Can you do that from prison?

Maybe he was sprung (or put under house detention or something). Buying his book to help him financially migh be a thought and is On Topic.
