Hi BW. I know what it looks like, but believe me it’s not what it looks like. I do use the “earthquake tracker” data, but only as a check for the magnitude of the quake if the forecast is in the area of one of the monitors. I also do this to insure that there isn’t something already building. In as much that I make my forecast up to 10 days before the forecasted date it would be hard for me use this data that far in advance.

I think what were seeing with the Coalinga data at this is that someone left the calibration switch on.

However that doesn’t explain the data for Parkfield. I’ve sent Tom an e-mail to see if he could give me some information as to what is going on there. So far I haven’t received a reply from him. This is to be expected as there are times he is as busy as a one legged man at a butt kicking contest. Anyway as soon as I get an answer I will post it. Take Care…Don in creepy town
