Friedemann Freund, a NASA Scientist placed his paper during
the 2001 American Geophysical Union (AGU) meeting reported that
the earth surface become positively charged before an impending
earthquake over a region that may measure tens or even hundreds of
kilometers. He added, at this stage, the charged plasma in the ionosphere
contains free electrons and positive ions , which affects the transmission
of radio waves. If that being the case, I had a doubt that why cant the
incoming sun rays also can bend before an impending earthquake?
Perhaps my method may be the hidden part of science.
