I suppose your right. I'm sure if, that by some chance, a hoard of reporters is inspired to knock on a government door in Chile that a crack team of Chilean Secret Prediction Police commandos will swoop down on the board and arrest somebody, or worse, make them post their predictions publicly ... ;)
