I'm referring to this thought of yours:

IOW, that successful short-term prediction becomes a reality based on just being a "single idea" away (which someone recognizes), etc.

IOW2, that all along sufficient information was present and that "just one idea" was enough to "break the camels back" in order to bring it all together to make it a reality....
