Tropical Storm Olga

Lowell-the www.nhc.noaa.gov "discussion" on Olga is interesting. Olga has been back to Tropical Storm for a while and although the official forcast is from it to only go to 45 knots and then weaken, it is still forecast to be a tropical storm in 72 hours and moving west again towards Florida. They even say that now it looks like a Hurricane and could become a hurricane (if convection develops around the center). You did not answer my question before about how a tropical depression, or even a hurricane, is expected to push on a plate enough to cause seismicity across the plate. I may well be missing something, but to me it sounds implausible. Chris
