Aftershock to what? There has been no event in the Santa Monica area that I ever see. If you are thinking W. Hollywood, that is about 5 miles to the east. Although Don said 40 mile radius, as for Santa Monica, the strongest quake we've had here was probably the pair of 3 somethings back the week before Northridge. So therefore what Don is forecasting is intriguing. I'm keeping my eye on the area for when he said. Santa Monica probably gets about 2 or 3 of these 1 pointers a year, a little more lately. But statistically if it happens I will give Don kudos.
