I am sorry to say I have not been paying too much attention to this board. Since I started with news etc on Pinpoint it has kept me quite busy...BUT
I see subject messages which always appear to be congratulatory for your hits..and I have not been reading them---so excuse me if I am asking an old question here....and maybe one for Lowell also...
Don...Are you able to say which method you are using for your predictions? From what I thought I understood a while back you were watching patterns of some sort--and correct me if I am wrong please? And secondly for Don...are you keeping a record of hits and misses as called by Lowell? I notice Lowell is very lenient at times...So both the attention you are getting and the hits you are getting seem unusually high! I think I congratulate you on that, being unsure of the hits and misses----but are you or rather do you have a percentage yet and are all the quakes written down outside of Earthwaves?
And again Lowell. I am frankly surprised by your tenacious effort to find some patterns or meaning in all of this. The USGS among others was very helpful for me for a few months back in the early 1990's but it was nearly impossible for me to get anyone with knowledge and checking ability to keep up. Both Dennis and I were followed for a bit, but we usually had a negative impression of the person following and Dennis had a total disagreement with the methods used to pick hits and misses. My mind is blank this AM so I do not remember the profs name...from SUNY. I'll remember after this method I am sure or someone else might stick their heads in here...Alan Jones? Is that right.
At this point in this ongoing procedure you are conducting, I really wish Dennis would come back if only for a bit, to help me understand exactly what it is that is going on here..and get his impressions...
so for what it is worth Don...at least you are becoming very knowledgable and have met many new and eclectic and esoteric friends! I envy you!
