No solar activity this morning, but an expected CME later today from the M-class
solar flare on Nov. 17.
The satellites were instructed to turn away from the meteor swarm because
damage might occur during the Leonid shower. If one or two were temporarily
incapacitated in that shower, it could have the observed effect of web usage loss.
By the way, I was able to access all west coast site, but few in the east coast
this morning before the rectification occurred.
