Ah yes Lowell - We're headed out to the Palm Springs area - I need to take care of something in Palm Desert so we're making a trip out of it and planning on watching Nature's Fireworks show!

Palm Springs has a bit of light pollution these days but its not too hard to take a road out of town a little ways and get away from it.

Now I do hope that the Bombay Beach quakes don't develop into something bigger while we're out there..
