I've noticed a couple things Roger - If you use Netscape browser you don't see the links at the top (maybe something to do with TBODY?)

I'm trying to download the pr_area.zip file and its taking forever - transfer rate is 261 bytes/sec - over 25 minutes to download...(I'm on a 768K dsl line) Will this be normal with this site? Maybe it's just today? There are some pretty slow sites along the route. I've tried the download twice today - maybe I'll try again tomorrow.
