Last Friday, I made a prediction that a M6 or greater quake would hit CA by 11:59 PM. Well, it's 11:47 PM my time in Michigan, and it doesn't even look close from the current seismicity in the region. I was banking on that ol "Sunday Swarm", plus a large CME from sunspot 9682 or 9684 sooner than what happened. I can see the aurora outside right now, from 9684's X1 flare that Lowell mentioned earlier. If you're lucky to live far enough from light pollution to see the stars, you should be able to see the colors in the sky, as far south as southern CA. My prediction was a swag, based on my personal interpretations of the cycles and a general feeling of unease. I'm glad I was wrong, but this current lull seems weird, so stay on your toes. As promised, I won't make any more predictions for the next month Stay safe, Billion http://www.billionwatts.com
