You are right in seeing the pattern - I've known about that one for a few years now and always watch quakes in Baja carefully.

As Lowell mentioned in his quake summary yesterday that Baja quakes often trigger southern cal quakes I did not post any mention of it myself. (drat)

I haven't seen it cause further triggering further north of where the california quake was but life is short - I hope it didn't put further strain on the LA area.
