Shan and Lowell data comparison

Note to all who use this board. I've had Shan (R.SHANMUGASUNDARAM) explain his technique to me and understand how it works. By placing a fixed object a short distance from a wall, he traces the path of the angle of the sun on the earth referenced by the object. A dot is placed on the wall at the same time each day. In a year it resembles a horizontal figure 8 when you connect the dots.
Any deviation from the line is an indication that our planet shifted position slightly. That appears to be a good indicator of near future major seismic activity as judged by his past success rate. He then looks at which areas were directly under the Sun when the shift occurred, and then for weak fault areas in the region. He needs more people to take readings in order to pin down the time of the shift, and the region, since he takes readings only once a day for consistency. We don't get steady sun in Michigan, or I'd definitely take readings.

This may well tie in with Lowell’s connection between solar flares and earth crustal deformations. I’d like to see a comparison in Lowell’s data and Shan’s past predictions if anyone has the information available.
