The whole planet would have felt that one, right before the planet broke up into a trillion pieces. Information I have compares magnitude 10 to a San Andreas fault encircling the Earth. Magnitude 12 splits the Earth in half. 10 = 1,000,000 megatons of energy. 22 would be 1,000,000,000,000,000,000 times larger. (hope I didn't drop a triplet somewhere, did this on my thumbs.)
