Well, I would think that there would be some legal protections for those situations. However, that makes sense, and I've learned long ago that if it makes sense, it ain't happening. Further, that's Colorado. After being there two years I learned the hard way that Colorado has the weakest tenant protection laws in the nation, basically non-existent.

Well, I hope things work out just fine. But it's still worrisome until you know.
