Here's a start for you.

This table shows the number of 6.5+ quakes in each 5 degree band of longitude
and the odds on such a quake being there (count/total).

Now you need to provide a similar table showing the number of time a peak in
one of the bands was followed by a mag 6.5+ quake within some reasonable time
such as a month. Also count the number of times a peak showed up, with or without
a quake. Then you can total up the number of peaks and divide the hits by the
total to get a similar percentage.

If your answers are larger than the odds in my table you have proof of skill.
