OK. I did testing on only those 161 quakes of magnitude 6.5 and larger. I tested them as the predicted magnitude.

And the graph shows the results of the same but with 1 million runs of randomized dates.

As can be seen, random chance peaks at 26 hits. Actual result was 24 hits.
