It took me about an hour of concerted searching to find a formula I could understand and use. Since that was pseudocode, it was easy to implement. Other places just gave the straight up math formula (it's an integral) with little to no explanation.

But that searching did help me to understand a part of the Jones method. I was seeing familiar equations.

Helping Amit to understand is probably just be a matter of finding the right example and explanation.
