There is was a M4.7 quake today in the northern Gulf of California after a M6.5 farther south in the Gulf 2 days ago. Canie has more than once hypothesized that these tend to migrate north, although I have never been convinced. We'll see what happens next week or so.

I recall a couple of years ago that there were quakes the same day on both sides of Baja....
