I don't think it matters. There's got to be something wrong with the algorithm I've programmed.

For one thing, that sequence of results is linear. No curve.

Those numbers are supposed to be the normalized score. Looking at the details of my results, the standard deviation number is the same no matter how many hits there are.

As I said, there's something seriously wrong.

I need to go back to the beginning and start over. And I mean the very beginning. You and I need to compare results with the same data sets. We both need to use the same quake list and the same prediction list. Then compare results and see if they are the same. I'm referring to verifying the Jones Probability for a single prediction, and the scoring for a set of predictions.
